BANANA PUDDING
Ingredients:
1 Box of Cook and Serve Vanilla Pudding
3 Cups of Milk
2 ½ Cups of Vanilla Wafers
2 ½ Cups of Sliced Bananas
Whipped Cream
Directions:
In a sauce pan, combine vanilla pudding mix and 3 cups of milk. Heat to a boil, stirring constantly so milk does not scald. When pudding boils, remove from heat and let sit to cool. Pudding thickens as it cools.
In a medium size bowl, layer vanilla wafers on bottom of bowl. Add half of the sliced bananas on top of vanilla wafers. Pour in about half of the vanilla pudding mixture. Add more vanilla wafers, more sliced bananas, and the last of the pudding. Put in the refrigerator to cool about 2 hours.
Once cooled, add a thick layer of whipped cream and serve. Refrigerate remaining pudding.
